What is a Plant Transport Blister?
The plant transport blister is a thermoformed packaging solution built specifically for horticulture and plant nurseries. It protects potted plants, seedlings and young plants from mechanical damage, dehydration and tipping during transport — from greenhouse to garden center.
Our blisters are thermoformed from 100% recycled PET (rPET). The material is transparent, dimensionally stable and fully recyclable. Integrated ventilation slots ensure optimal airflow and prevent condensation — keeping plants fresh and healthy.
The blisters are self-stacking and fit standard CC trolleys and transport carts. Custom cavities hold every pot securely — round, square or tapered. From 5,000 pcs, manufactured in China.
