What is a Slide Blister?
A slide blister consists of a thermoformed plastic hood that slides into pre-cut slots on a printed card. No heat sealing or RF welding required — assembly is fast, manual or semi-automatic.
Slide blisters are ideal for short product runs, seasonal items, and brands that want a recyclable mono-card option. The card and hood separate cleanly for end-of-life recycling.
