What is a High-Frequency Blister?
High-frequency (RF) blisters are sealed using radio-frequency welding instead of heat alone. The HF energy fuses the plastic hood directly to a coated card, producing an extremely strong, uniform bond that cannot be reopened intact.
RF welding is ideal for PVC and GPET. It produces a sharp, high-quality seal line that highlights the product and reinforces brand perception at the POS.
